YOUTHOOD’s mission is to transform the adolescent experience through a bold, multisectoral approach that unites education, social care, policy, industry, and community leadership. To drive meaningful and sustainable change, we are seeking Trustees with a wealth of expertise and experience in one or more of these areas who share our commitment to equity, innovation, and partnership. As a Trustee, you will play a vital role in shaping our vision, strengthening our strategic direction, and ensuring our work reflects the diverse realities facing young people today. Our Young Leaders Board
YOUTHOOD’s Young Leaders Board is a team of passionate young people who help shape our campaigns, projects, and national advocacy work. As a Young Leader, you’ll share your ideas, influence key decisions, and work alongside professionals across sectors to create real opportunities for young people across the UK. You’ll also develop your leadership skills, build your network, and be part of a movement that puts youth voices at the centre of change.
